Language, used by literature, is a sort of assembly of all partial language functions in the unique and independent heritage function. This article deals with the design of the web and certain elements of the process leading to the web that is placed on a web server. It addresses a content and organizational aspect of the web, the provision of the web with a site index and a search engine, the web implementation, as well as the inter-linking of web sites.
Analysing the WWW information quality problem leads to a new type of document. The problem of redundancy and quantity of information on WWW can be solved by the systems (webs) of eclectic documents.
