The paper investigates the role and nature of qualitative research of library practice and/or possibilities to form library services, and the impact of such research on the library operation as a whole.
This paper presents various aspects concerning recipients of unsolicited e-mail advertising – spam; in many cases, the unethical nature of such advertising has been established.
After the opening of its new building in 1926, the University Library received many gifts; the first among them was a special collection of Petar Budmani. Today, the University Library holds 26 important special collections.
