Metode razvoja avtentičnih vodij v učeči se organizaciji

The aim of the paper is to outline the recommended methods for development of authentic leadership: mentorship/coaching, action learning, 360 degree leadership, succession system and story tellling technique. Employees in the organizations of the new era need a positive leadership where the leader is true to himself/herself and is therefore authentic leader. Authentic leaders are self confident people, full of optimism, flexible and possess hope.
