Metode razvoja avtentičnih vodij v učeči se organizaciji
The aim of the paper is to outline the recommended methods for development of authentic leadership: mentorship/coaching, action learning, 360 degree leadership, succession system and story tellling technique. Employees in the organizations of the new era need a positive leadership where the leader is true to himself/herself and is therefore authentic leader. Authentic leaders are self conﬁdent people, full of optimism, ﬂexible and possess hope. They strongly believe in the excellence of achivieng common goals together with their empowered coworkers. The development of authentic leadership recquires an integrated accession that includes wider organizatiotional and personal environment. Authentic leadership in a learning organization has a long term tendency as it includes complicated processes that can not be reduced to merely training in the organizational environment.
